Buy Razor Ray’s CBB Picks Today!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Their season is going only as far as this tournament will take them so this should be a spirited contest.<\/p>\n Utah was trounced by the Trojans at home earlier this season, something USC didn\u2019t do very often this season.<\/p>\n The Trojans did it with defense at the Utes shot just 37% that game. \u00a0They also got little or no contribution from the majority of their team with 3 players scoring 43 of 50 points. \u00a0This Utes team is not good. \u00a0Leading scored Jarred DuBois is a transfer from Loyola Marymount who clearly can play in the league but he is not a dominating player.<\/p>\n There will be a lot of pressure on the Utes bigs as USC has plenty of size inside.<\/p>\n Surprised that the number on this one is so small, smells like a bit of recency bias given the way these teams finished the last week of the season. \u00a0I think the Utes are more likely to revert to the form from their first game against the Trojans when scoring and defense eluded them.<\/p>\n This doesn\u2019t feel like a close one.<\/p>\n The Trojans were huge disappointments before conference play began but held their own in the PAC 12 with a 9-9 record. \u00a0They had impressive wins against both UCLA and Arizona and showed they wouldn\u2019t be a pushover.
