Mississippi Rebels (18-4) vs #21 Missouri Tigers (16-6)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With a couple of recent losses the bloom is off the Ole Miss Rebels rose. \u00a0They are likely to break through the tournament bubble this year and have had some exciting games but those losses to Kentucky and Florida showed that this is a good, but not great team. <\/p>\n

Mississippi<\/p>\n

Now they get a chance to show just where in the pecking order they are in the SEC. \u00a0This is one of those barometer games and Mizzou knows it too.<\/p>\n

With one of the most volatile players anywhere in the country in shooting guard Marshall Henderson so it should be no surprise that this team might have a funk every once in awhile. \u00a0Henderson may grab the headlines but this team is deeper than you think with power forward Murphy Holloway chipping in 15 and 10. \u00a0<\/p>\n

They just don\u2019t have as much room for error as the Wildcats and Gators which was apparent in those losses.<\/p>\n

Wow that is a high total for this one. \u00a0Both team like to get out and run but that means an 80-74 total which seems a little high for me so think about that. \u00a0On the ATS side I have not been impressed when I have seen Ole Miss so I have to side the impressive at home Tigers. \u00a0The Rebels have to keep proving themselves.<\/p>\n

Missouri<\/p>\n

Coming into the season I really liked Mizzou to take their new league by storm. \u00a0They had some good returning pieces and most of their new ones had experience because they were transfers from other places where they actually contributed.\u00a0[ad-6571516]<\/p>\n

This team just hasn\u2019t come together but once they do they will be hard to beat. \u00a0One thing they have done is defend their home court though – no losses there this season.<\/p>\n

Though I really like the composition of this team the results have not been what I thought they would. \u00a0As such I have been burned by Flip Pressey and Co. despite their impressive array of talent. \u00a0Jabari Brown has really come on as of late showing the form that made him so highly touted as high schooler. \u00a0When he adds some in between to his three point game he will be very tough to stop.<\/p>\n

Mizzou is perfect at home but just 4-5 \u00a0ATS. \u00a0That is largely a result of them falling below expectations more times than I can care to count even though they wind up winning the game. \u00a0This number is only 6.5 which gives me a confidence. \u00a0The Tigers turn a possession or two game into a 10 point final.<\/p>\n
