Russell Wilson finally looked like a rookie in passing for 160 yards, zero touchdowns and 3 interceptions. Marshawn Lynch was typically stellar last week \u2013 the Hawks absolutely need him to have a chance in this game.<\/p>\n Seattle isn\u2019t a great offense \u2013 plain and simple. They are dead last in passing and they own the sixth best rushing offense. They score only an average of 17.5 points per game \u2013 good for 28th in the NFL. It is obvious what the Hawks will need to do \u2013 keep feeding Marshawn Lynch!<\/p>\n The Seattle defense has been stellar this season \u2013 9th against the pass and a superb 2nd against the run. They allow 14.5 points per game \u2013 good for 2nd in the league. Keep in mind that this defense has played Dallas and Green Bay already and these numbers are even more impressive. The running game has been OK and the passing game has been OK but the team is 25th in scoring in the NFL. Something just isn\u2019t clicking in Carolina.<\/p>\n Carolina\u2019s defense has been abysmal this year \u2013 otherwise we may be talking about Carolina being 3-1. They are 22nd versus the pass and 25th against the run \u2013 not good when Marshawn Lynch is coming to town! They give up over 27 points per game and their generosity is costing them.<\/p>\n Betting Prediction<\/strong>:<\/p>\n This game has Marshawn Lynch written all over it. Seattle should be able to dumb this game down a bit and control the clock.
