Quarterback Blaine Gabbert is trying to prove he is an NFL QB but I don\u2019t believe it. \u00a0Yes his numbers are better than last year and he is making fewer mistakes but winning QB play is about the plays you do make sometimes and he is not making any big ones.<\/p>\n

Running back Maurice Jones Drew is making it look like training camp is for suckers with a decent start.<\/p>\n

With a rookie QB at the helm nobody is expecting much from the Colts this season.<\/p>\n
They were dominated against Chicago in the opener but tightened things up enough to squeak out a victory against Minnesota last week. \u00a0Now they have a chance to put a second victory on the books before their bye week. [soliloquy id=”82219″]<\/p>\n
Like Jacksonville they better take advantage of the weak spots on their schedule.<\/p>\n
Andrew Luck has played two career games and they have been two totally different stories. \u00a0Against Chicago he looked like an unready rookie but last week he was much more poised. \u00a0He may have all the tools to be great but I think what will lead him to success will be his patience.<\/p>\n
Luck seems like a Phil Simms type not a John Elway.<\/p>\n
He is lucky to have a reliable target like Reggie Wayne in the fold and he goes to \u00a0him often.<\/p>\n
Making a team a 3 point favourite at home is generally saying the teams are pretty evenly matched. \u00a0The Colts have the advantage in the passing game and probably a better defense on the whole so they should win this lacklustre affair pretty easily.<\/p>\n
