The Fresno Bulldogs will look to end their five-game losing streak when they visit a streaky Arizona Sun Devils team that would like to find some consistency before heading into conference play their next time out. <\/p>\n
Date\/Time: 6:00 PM ET, Wednesday, December 21, 2011 After trailing by just four points at the half, the Bulldogs got clobbered on Monday at the Taco Bell Arena in Boise falling to the Broncos, 70-63. <\/p>\n Sophomore guard Kevin Olekaibe who leads the team in scoring and rebounding, was the leading scorer for the Bulldogs with 28 points in 39 minutes. [soliloquy id=”82219″]<\/p>\n He also recorded a team season high in field goals with 10, while Kevin Foster tallied a team season high in blocks with 3, helping the Bulldogs keep this one closer than expected. <\/p>\n Boise State controlled Fresno State in rebounding and also won the battle in assists as the Bulldogs were outshot by their opponent in three point percentage for the fourth straight game. Keala King finished with 16 points to pace the Sun Devils who kept it competitive, going into halftime up 30-21. But Southern Miss came out strong in the second half and took it away at the end. <\/p>\n For the second straight game, the Sun Devils lost despite another solid shooting effort. I expect the Sun Devils to have another good shooting night, and as they say, the third time is the charm as they beat the Bulldogs at home. <\/p>\n
