Week 6 had it all \u2013 three quarterbacks from last week likely won\u2019t be starting this week after starting last because of injury and because of the dreaded coach\u2019s decision. Some running backs were nicked in Week 6 and a trade threatens to slightly alter the Fantasy landscape for the rest of the season – the craziness never stops. <\/p>\n

John Beck – Washington Redskins \u2013<\/strong> Mike Shanahan has refused to name a starter as of yet. It has to be John Beck although some players have come out in support of Orton. The Redskins are a surprisingly solid team \u2013 if Beck is the QB he could be a nice addition.<\/p>\n Kyle Boller \u2013 Oakland Raiders \u2013<\/strong> The Raiders have reached out to just about every Free agent quarterback in the land \u2013 maybe they\u2019ll land Carson Palmer but until then Boller is the starter. He has immense speed at the receiver position and the best running game in the NFL to support him. If it were me, I wouldn\u2019t bother however!<\/p>\n Christian Ponder \u2013 Minnesota Vikings \u2013<\/strong> Like John Beck, Ponder is in line to take over from a veteran that hasn\u2019t been all that great. Donovan McNabb didn\u2019t look all that bad in Week 6 but the coaches had to turn to Ponder. The team is going nowhere \u2013 might as well test their prized draft pick. He will have a bad offensive line in front of him and in Week 7, assuming he starts; he gets the Green Bay Packers!<\/p>\n Don\u2019t Forget About:<\/strong> Matt Cassel, Curtis Painter<\/p>\n DeMarco Murray \u2013 Dallas Cowboys \u2013<\/strong> Felix Jones is reportedly out 2-4 weeks with a high ankle sprain and Tashard Choice is on the trading block! All that\u2019s left is Demarco Murray. He can run, catch the ball and has STL, @PHI and SEA on tap. Murray becomes the man very quickly in Dallas.<\/p>\n Montario Hardesty – Cleveland Browns –<\/strong> Peyton Hillis has a hamstring injury which opens the door for Hardesty who has already filled in for Hillis this season. Hardesty has played well even with Hillis in the lineup – in his last two games, he has rushed 17 times for 57 yards, and he has caught seven passes for 68 yards. Hardesty could be an OK bye week fill in against Seattle this weekend and possibly beyond.<\/p>\n Maurice Morris \u2013 Detroit Lions \u2013<\/strong> Jahvid Best sustained yet another concussion in his Week 6 game. Best has a history with concussions and could miss some time. Morris looks like he will get a shot in Detroit\u2019s incredibly high powered offense. [ad-8469823]<\/p>\n Don\u2019t Forget About:<\/strong> Jackie Battle \u2013 KC Chiefs<\/p>\n Brandon Lloyd \u2013 St. Louis Rams \u2013<\/strong> Lloyd quickly fell out of favour on the sinking ship that is Denver. Now he is reunited with the coach that made him a pro-bowler. Lloyd steps in and instantly becomes the weapon that Sam Bradford has craved all season long. Pick him up if you dropped him \u2013 he could be magic down the stretch.<\/p>\n Michael Crabtree – San Francisco 49ers \u2013<\/strong> San Francisco\u2019s receiving corp. has been decimated by injury this season \u2013 Crabtree is the only really healthy one. He has looked good in the last couple weeks and should continue to see a ton of targets with the state of the 49ers receivers. Crabtree has potential to finally live up to expectation.<\/p>\n Doug Baldwin – Seattle Seahawks \u2013<\/strong> Seattle was on a bye last week and many slept on Doug Baldwin \u2013 he is still widely available in many leagues. . Baldwin had 8 catches for 136 yards and a score in Week 5 and now has 13 catches and 220 yards in his last two games.<\/p>\n Others to Monitor \u2013<\/strong> Danario Alexander \u2013 St. Louis Rams, Demaryius Thomas – Denver Broncos<\/p>\n Lance Kendricks – St. Louis Rams \u2013<\/strong> The Rams got better with the Brandon Lloyd trade and every offensive starter should benefit. Kendrick has been the lone bright spot for the league\u2019s worst offense. If you are absolutely desperate, he may be worth a look.<\/p>\n Jared Cook \u2013 Tennessee Titans \u2013<\/strong> Cook is another player that may have slid past the radar because of a bye. Matt Hasselbeck has grown fond of Cook in the last couple of weeks and could lean on him once again this week against Houston.<\/p>\n Others to monitor \u2013<\/strong> Ed Dickson \u2013 Baltimore Ravens<\/p>\n Dallas Cowboys \u2013<\/strong> Many haven\u2019t given this unit enough of a chance this season but they have played very well as evidenced by their decent showing against the high powered Patriots.
