It speaks to how soft their defense is and how bad their rushing attack is at closing out opponents. Did you know that Smith\u2019s passer rating is 104.1? That he\u2019s completed 65.9 per cent of his passes? That he has seven touchdown passes versus one interception? They\u2019re 28th<\/sup> in the NFL in total offense and their \u201cground and pound\u201d is 31st<\/sup>. Maybe they really are the third-best team in the AFC East.<\/p>\n Packers 25, Falcons 14<\/strong><\/p>\n Aaron Rodgers was spooked after Pro-Bowl left tackle Chad Clifton went down but cleared his mind at the half and showed after that why he\u2019s football\u2019s best player right now. As for the Falcons: Matt Ryan has to be better. Simply put, he isn\u2019t making the quality throws to match his hype this season.<\/p>\n Lions 24, Bears 13<\/strong><\/p>\n As much as it\u2019s fun to dump on Jay Cutler, I still don\u2019t blame him for this loss. It\u2019s not just his protection; he also has one of the league\u2019s worst receiving corps. He needs a Brandon Marshall. Meanwhile, the Lions looked great again, this time flexing their defensive muscle.
