Mike Munchak was handed the reins to the team as Fisher\u2019s replacement. His first task, once the lockout was lifted, was to find a new starting signal-caller after Kerry Collins decided to retire this offseason. The Titans did draft Jake Locker in the first round of the draft, but still wanted to bring in someone with playing experience. They settled on Matt Hasselbeck, the longtime Seattle veteran who became a free agent after last season. This is a great acquisition to provide some short-term stability to that position while Locker continues to develop into the eventual starting role, but there are plenty of other holes on this team that still need to be addressed.<\/p>\n Hasselbeck will definitely benefit from a running game that features Chris Johnson, who rushed for 1,364 yards last season after leading the NFL in 2009 with 2,006 yards. He will also be counted on to improve a passing game that was ranked 27th in league, but the current core of receivers could make this task a bit difficult. <\/p>\n The Titans leading receiver last season, Kenny Britt is mired in off-field troubles and is most likely facing some kind of suspension from the league, so expect the team to try and land a veteran receiver some time before opening day.
