But a solid performance against the Bronx Bombers over the weekend would at least be good for their pride.<\/p>\n They probably feel pretty good about starting Brandon Morrow on Friday. The power righty is starting to look like he did when he caught fire in the second half of 2010. In his last seven starts, he\u2019s allowed three earned runs or fewer five times. [dfads params=’groups=10&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n Jose Bautista may have flopped at the Home Run Derby but he should feel nice about returning home. Joey Bats is batting .363 with 32 RBI in 36 games at the Rogers Centre this season.<\/p>\n NYY are 3-10 in their last 13 Fri. games. It\u2019s worth noting that both Garcia\u2019s starts against Toronto this year were at Yankee Stadium. The Rogers Centre is a totally different story for him. He hates it. Or, his stats there suggest he does. Over seven career starts in Toronto, Garcia has a 6.93 ERA and eight homers allowed in just 37.2 innings.<\/p>\n Freddy has shown good control this year but that may hurt him against an aggressive, powerful team like Toronto. <\/p>\n I think the Jays will rough him up on Friday and give Morrow the run support he needs to win.<\/p>\n
