Bob Melvin, a former Seattle and Arizona manager, will take over as the A\u2019s interim manager.<\/p>\n

Top prospects Moustakas, Rizzo get calls to the bigs<\/strong><\/p>\n

The wait is over for hyped sluggers Mike Moustakas and Anthony Rizzo. Both megaprospects got the call to the majors on Thursday. Moustakas will step in as the Kansas City Royals\u2019 starting first baseman; Rizzo will man the void left by Anthony Gonzalez at first base in San Diego.<\/p>\n

Mark Grace arrested on DUI suspicion<\/strong><\/p>\n

In MLB baseball news<\/a> Former three-time All-Star first baseman Mark Grace was arrested on May 30 on suspicion of DUI. Police stopped him when they saw him weaving in his lane. He didn\u2019t have his license or wallet and was booked on suspicion of being over the legal alcohol level.<\/p>\n
