I admittedly thought he was. But the 35-year-old first baseman keeps on trucking, posting a .318 average on the year and homering four times in his last six games.<\/p>\n Mark Buehrle may not need a ton of support against Oakland on Thursday. He\u2019s 3-1 with a 2.34 ERA at U.S. Cellular this season. Even though he\u2019s only 5-13 against Oakland in his career, he has a respectable 3.82 ERA, suggesting he\u2019s been a bit unlucky.<\/p>\n MLB Trends:<\/strong><\/p>\n OAK are 0-8 in their last 8 overall.
