Lester is 7-1 over 13 career starts against the Bronx Bombers but he still has some demons to conquer. He\u2019s allowed four-plus runs in four of his last five starts, one of which came against New York. He won despite allowing four runs, walking four and serving up two homers over six rocky innings.<\/p>\n New York Yankees (33-24)<\/strong> Freddy Garcia faced the Red Sox the last night Lester faced the Yankees and wound up on the losing end of the decision. The pick:<\/strong><\/p>\n Not an easy decision tonight. The matchup in theory should favor Lester, as he\u2019s lost once in 13 starts against the Yankees. But he\u2019s also struggling and facing the majors\u2019 top-ranked offensive team in terms of runs per game, homers and OPS.<\/p>\n Still \u2013 Boston is streaking, Freddy is ordinary and Lester, struggling or not, never seems to lose against the Yanks.
