Post time for Saturday&#8217;s \u2018run for the roses\u2019 is set for 6:24 p.m (ET) and the race will be broadcast nationally on NBC. <!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/record.bettingpartners.com\/_TcMlrmSOeQxhg6WO2I1rgWNd7ZgqdRLk\/1\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Put Your Horse Racing $$$ Where Your Mouth Is &#8211; Join BoDog.com Racebook Today and WAGER On the 2011 Triple Crown!!<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Date: <\/strong>Saturday May 7th, 2011<br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong> Churchill Downs, Louisville KY<br \/>\n<strong> Post Time:<\/strong> 6:24 PM (EST)<br \/>\n<strong> TV Network:<\/strong> 5-7 p.m. EDT NBC<\/p>\n<p>The following is look at a couple of horses to watch along with the morning line as provide by Mike Battaglia, who has been setting the early odds for the Kentucky Derby since 1974.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Favorites<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Dialed In<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dialed In drew the No.8 post position and was opened as the odds-on-favorite on the morning line at 4-1. This horse is trained by Nick Zito and will be ridden by Julien Leparoux. He won his debut at Churchill last November as a juvenile and burst onto the scene with a victory in the grade III Holy Bull Stakes at Gulfstream. Dialed In vaulted to the top of the rankings with win in the grade I Florida Derby as the 3-1 second choice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uncle Mo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uncle Mo drew the No.18 post position and is the second choice on the morning line at 9-2. The early Derby favorite fell off the pace with a third-place finish in the grade I Wood Memorial, but it was later found that he was suffering from an intestinal infection. Trained by Todd Pletcher and ridden by John Velazquez, Uncle Mo was unbeaten as a juvenile in four starts including a victory in the Breeders\u2019 Cup Juvenile last November.  <iframe allowtransparency='true' src='http:\/\/ff.connextra.com\/Bodog\/selector\/client?client=Bodog&#038;placement=Ext_RS_Racebook_250x250&#038;cxt_aff_id=151627&#038;tclk=http:\/\/www.bodog.eu\/welcome\/151627\/' class=\"alignleft\" style=\"margin: 1px; border: 3px solid #FFFFFF;\" width='250' height='250' scrolling='no' frameborder='0' style='border-width:0'><\/iframe> <\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Contenders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Nehro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nehro drew the No.19 post position and is the third choice on the morning line at 6-1. Trainer Steve Asmussen\u2019s entry broke his maiden on his third try on February 21 at Oaklawn, but moved up in the rankings after finishing a close second in the grade II Louisiana Derby on March 26. On just three weeks rest he became a legitimate contender after taking second in the grade I Arkansas Derby. He will be ridden by Corey Nakatani.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Archarcharch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Archarcharch drew the dreaded No.1 post position and is tied with Midnight Interlude as the fourth choice on the morning line at 10-1. This horse has had an exceptional Derby prep season with victories in the grade III Southwest Stakes on February 21 and most recently a shocking win in the grade I Arkansas Derby as a 25-1 longshot on April 16. Archarcharch is longtime trainer William \u2018Jinks\u2019 Fires\u2019 first Derby horse and he will be ridden by Jon Court.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Longshot<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Stay Thirsty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stay Thirsty drew the No.4 post position and is one of two horses that have been opened as a moderate longshot on the morning line at 20-1. Todd Pletcher\u2019s second entry in the Derby first gained notoriety with a second-place finish in the grade I Hopeful as a juvenile. He won the grade III Gotham Stakes at Aqueduct on March 5 in his debut as a three-year old, but fell out of favor after a disappointing seventh-place finish in the Florida Derby.
