With the first leg of this year\u2019s Triple Crown, the 137th Kentucky Derby on tap for a few weeks from Churchill Downs it is time to look the top 10 horses in this year\u2019s Triple Crown rankings.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodog.eu\/welcome\/151627\/horse-betting\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Put Your Horse Racing $$$ Where Your Mouth Is &#8211; Join BoDog.com Racebook Today and WAGER On the 2011 Triple Crown!!<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Date: <\/strong>Saturday May 7, 2011<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Churchill Downs, Louisville KY<br \/>\n<strong>Post Time:<\/strong> 6:04 PM (EST)<br \/>\n<strong>TV Network:<\/strong> 5-7 p.m. EDT NBC<br \/>\n<strong>Distance:<\/strong> 1\u00bc miles (10 furlongs)<br \/>\n<strong>Track Dirt, Left-handed<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Qualification:<\/strong> 3 Yr Olds<\/p>\n<p>The 2011 Triple Crown racing season kicks off with the 137th running of the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs in Louisville on May 7.<\/p>\n<p>The recent prep-race season has pretty much set the 20-horse field for this year\u2019s \u2018run for the roses\u2019 so it is time to take a brief look the top 10 contenders along with their current odds to win as provided by Sportsinteraction.com.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dialed In +300<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nick Zito\u2019s entry into the Derby won his debut at Churchill as a juvenile last November. He started his three-year old campaign with a win in the Holy Bull and cemented his spot as an early favorite for the Kentucky Derby with a victory in the Florida Derby on April 3<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uncle Mo +500<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This horse was named the \u2018juvenile of the year\u2019 after four straight wins as a two-year old including a victory in the Breeders\u2019 Cup Juvenile at Churchill last November. He finished third in the Wood Memorial on April 9 in his only prep race this season. Uncle Mo is trained by Todd Pletcher.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Archarcharch +1000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trained by William Fires, this horse started this year with a fourth-place finish in the Smarty Jones Steaks, but bounced back to win the Southwest Stakes in February. He finished third in the Rebel Stakes but shocked the racing world with a victory in the Arkansas Derby as a 25-1 longshot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nehro +1000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Although this horse has yet to win a major stakes race as a three-year old, he has to be considered a serious contender for the Derby after a second-place finish in both the Louisiana Derby and Arkansas Derby in a span of three-weeks. Nehro is trained by Steve Asmussen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mucho Macho Man +1200<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trained by Katherine Ritvo, he started the year with by finishing fourth in the Holy Bull, but got back on the Derby trail with a win in the Risen Star Stakes in February. Mucho Macho Man went off as the favorite in the Louisiana Derby, but finished third to Nehro and Pants On Fire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soldat +1400<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He first gained the attention of the racing world with a second-place finish in the Breeders\u2019 Cup Juvenile Turf last November. Switching to a dirt track as a three-year old, this Kiaran McLaughlin-trained Thoroughbred won the Fountain of Youth Stakes, but finished a disappointing fifth in the Florida Derby.  <iframe allowtransparency='true' src='http:\/\/ff.connextra.com\/Bodog\/selector\/client?client=Bodog&#038;placement=Ext_RS_Racebook_300x250&#038;cxt_aff_id=151627' class=\"alignleft\" style=\"margin: 1px; border: 3px solid #FFFFFF;\" width='300' height='250' scrolling='no' frameborder='0' style='border-width:0'><\/iframe> <\/p>\n<p><strong>The Factor +1600<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bob Baffert\u2019s top entry in this year\u2019s Derby started the year with victories in the San Vicente and the Rebel Stakes. He finished all the way back in seventh in the Arkansas Derby after displacing a palate in the early stages of the race.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Midnight Interlude +1600<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This horse is also trained by Baffert and despite not racing as a two-year old, has quickly risen through the ranks of this year\u2019s Derby contenders. He won his maiden on his third try earlier in the year, but caught everyone\u2019s eye by winning the Santa Anita Derby in just his fourth career start.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toby\u2019s Corner +1600<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trained by Graham Motion, he broke his maiden as a juvenile in November and won the Whirlaway Stakes in early February. Toby\u2019s Corner followed up a third-place finish in the Gotham Stakes in early March with a shocking upset victory over Uncle Mo in the Wood Memorial as the 8-1 second choice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stay Thirsty +2000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Todd Pletcher\u2019s second entry for the Derby staked his claim-to-fame with a victory in the Gotham in his three-year old debut. Unfortunately, some of the luster from that win wore off after a disappointing seventh-place finish in the Florida Derby.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodog.eu\/welcome\/151627\/horse-betting\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Bet on Horse Racing!
