Manchester City will look close the gap on Arsenal while maintaining their distance from fourth place Tottenham, when they host Fulham at Eastlands on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Carlos Tevez, Yaya Toure and Pablo Zabaleta gave City a three-goal advantage by the 35th minute. Tevez scored again before Zoltan Gera claimed a consolation goal for Fulham.<\/p>\n

City will be without No.2 goalkeeper Shay Given after he was ruled out for the season with a shoulder problem earlier this week as well as Vincent Kompany, who is a major doubt for Sunday’s encounter after limping out of the first half of the Aris clash with a hip injury.<\/p>\n

Striker, Bobby Zamora\u00a0who returned from five months out with a broken leg in Sunday’s FA Cup defeat to Bolton, suffered a fresh injury blow on Friday and is doubtful to appear for Fulham.<\/p>\n

The Blues’ formidable record against Fulham should give them some added confidence in this one, and without Zamora, the Cottagers while need Dempsey, who has scored just a single goal since Jan. 26, to step up, or they could struggle in finding the back of the net.<\/p>\n
