The Villanova Wildcats take on the Seton Hall Pirates in a battle of two Big East teams in desperate need of a conference win. Tuesday night\u2019s game from the Prudential Center is set for 8 p.m. (ET) and will be broadcast on ESPN3.com.<\/p>\n

Villanova comes into this game with back-to-back losses in the conference. First the Wildcats were stunned in a 77-76 loss to Rutgers last Wednesday as a 5 \u00bd-point road favorite and then they dropped a 57-54 decision to No.4 Pittsburgh as a 2 \u00bd- point home favorite on Saturday. They are currently 19-6 straight-up overall (11-10-1 against the spread) and 7-5 SU in Big East play. \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

One thing to watch for in this game is the playing status of Villanova guard Corey Stokes, who is listed as questionable with a toe injury. He is second on the team in scoring with 14.6 points per game. Corey Fisher leads the team with 15.8 points and 5.2 assists. The Wildcats are averaging 74.7 points and 38 rebounds a game.<\/p>\n

Seton Hall recently snapped a two-game skid with a 69-64 win over Rutgers as a 2 \u00bd-point road underdog this past Saturday. The Pirates are 11-14 SU on the year and 11-12 ATS. They are currently in 12th<\/sup>-place in the Big East standings with a record of 5-8 SU.<\/p>\n

Jeremy Hazell leads Seton Hall in scoring with 18 points a game and Herb Pope leads in rebounds with 8.8 a game. Jeff Robinson is second in both categories with 12.5 points and 6.8 rebounds a game.
