Thanks to an injury to LeBron James, the Miami Heat are reeling. With the King\u2019s status in doubt on Tuesday, the Atlanta Hawks have a great chance to grab a road win on NBA odds.<\/p>\n

Atlanta (26-15, 19-22 ATS) has picked up its play recently, at least until Saturday\u2019s 112-106 loss to Houston. That snapped a five-game winning streak for the Hawks, though they remain a very impressive 9-3 in their last 12 games. Atlanta has lost back-to-back games against the spread but is 6-3 ATS in its past nine.<\/p>\n

The biggest reason for the turnaround has been the reemergence of Jamal Crawford. That\u2019s why it\u2019s no surprise Atlanta lost on Saturday; Crawford was horrible. The guard made just three of his 11 field goal attempts and finished with only eight points. It ended a six-game streak for Crawford in which he scored at least 20 points each time, averaging 27 points along the way. That\u2019s a huge improvement from his season average of just 16.3 points per game. \"Online<\/p>\n

The coaching staff was especially happy with Atlanta\u2019s play in the fourth quarter. The Hawks trailed Houston by just two points but, in a matter of minutes, the lead exploded to 10. Atlanta should arrive in South Beach with renewed focus.<\/p>\n

Miami (30-12, 19-22-1 ATS) doesn\u2019t need renewed focus\u2014it needs some players back. With LeBron James injured, the Heat has dropped three straight games, losing all three against the spread. Miami fell 99-96 to Chicago on Saturday, its third straight road loss.<\/p>\n

James injured his ankle in a 111-105 loss to the Clippers, which started the losing streak. He\u2019s since missed the last two games and the Heat hasn\u2019t been able to top a couple of pretty good teams without him (Denver and Chicago). At least heading home should help matters. There\u2019s also a good chance James will be back in the lineup Tuesday.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s not the only player nursing a bum ankle, though. Chris Bosh went down in the loss to the Bulls, and his status is up in the air for Tuesday\u2019s game.<\/p>\n

Dwyane Wade tried to carry the Heat against Chicago, and it\u2019s hard to blame him for the loss. D-Wade finished with 33 points, six rebounds, four assists and five blocks. If James and Bosh are both out Tuesday, Wade will need a similar performance against Atlanta.<\/p>\n

But with the Heat stumbling, James should make a hard push to return to the lineup. Miami has the benefit of catching what could be a tired Hawks team, as they\u2019ll be playing their third game in four days. Miami will wear Atlanta down and wind up covering in the end.<\/p>\n
