The team is bad and now they have to face one of the best teams in the land, Detroit. The long season just won\u2019t subside for the Flames who may be preparing to be kicked when they are down.<\/p>\n<p>Detroit has been forced to play without two of their top offensive performers and have still put together a 5-3-2 record in then and four straight road wins. Henrik Zetterberg and Nick Lidstrom both have eight game point streaks \u2013 Zetterberg has 12 in eight and Lidstrom has 10 in his last five. Matt Stajan, Niklas Hagman and Curtis Glencross are pointless in eight games. Jarome Iginla hasn\u2019t scored in three and second leading scorer Renee Borque has one goal and one assist in his last 13 games. Brutal!<\/p>\n<p>The reliable Mikka Kiprusoff has been pretty bad lately and is 0-2-1 against Detroit this year with a 3.65 goals against average. For some reason, he will start for Calgary.<\/p>\n<p>Betting Prediction: Everything is going wrong in Calgary \u2013 it is a sinking ship! It will be an embarrassment if Detroit loses this game!
