While the crowd will be charged up for the Vikings 50<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary, the truth is that their quarterback situation and their overall performance this year will make that moot.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Webb is expected to get his first NFL start and he\u2019s just not ready for an environment like this.<\/p>\n<p>The Bears need this game to regain momentum for a playoff run.
