Hot and Not – Week 15<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If you are in need of a HOT fantasy football player these Top Hot players<\/strong> for the week should help you out if they\u2019re in your lineup. They may also be free agents on your waiver wire<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you need to dump a lame duck on your team, these NOTS should be them. Throw em in the trash if you can afford to not have them on your bench. Fantasy Football<\/strong><\/a> always favors the prepared mind. <\/p>\n

The more research you do, and the more HOT players you have to choose from on your team, the better your odds are of winning your fantasy football league outright this year.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s Fantasy playoff crunch time and there are a few players that have emerged as must-starts. They are part of the Hot list. On the flip side, there are a few previously reliable Fantasy Studs that have landed on the Not Hot list. Starting them is a risk!<\/p>\n

Hot<\/strong><\/h3>\n

QBs<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Tom Brady \u2013\u00a0New England Patriots \u2013 <\/strong> How good has this guy been? I\u2019m glad you asked. In his last three games (including a blizzard), he has averaged 345 yards passing and has tossed 10 touchdowns! Unreal! He has not thrown an interception in five games!<\/p>\n

Michael Vick \u2013\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles \u2013 <\/strong> Vick continues to get it done and in the seven games that he has started, the Eagles have scored no less than 26 points. Although he is finally starting to make mistakes, there is no doubting that Vick is still HOT. He has averaged 291 yards passing per game in his last four while averaging 35.5 yards rushing in those games as well. In the last four, Vick has nine total touchdowns.<\/p>\n

Matt Schaub \u2013\u00a0Houston Texans \u2013 <\/strong>Schaub is playing very well right now for Fantasy teams \u2013 too bad his play isn\u2019t resulting in wins for his team. Schaub has averaged 365 yards passing in his last two games and has tossed five touchdowns. The three interceptions in two games are excused!<\/p>\n

RBs<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Maurice Jones-Drew \u2013\u00a0Jacksonville Jaguars \u2013 <\/strong> I\u2019m lovin\u2019 the MJD right now. He has gone over 100 yards six straight games and has averaged 133.3 yards rushing in his last four games. He is also adding nearly three receptions per game and is the Hottest RB in the game.<\/p>\n

Darren McFadden \u2013\u00a0Oakland Raiders \u2013 <\/strong> McFadden had one of the best Fantasy days of the year last week going for 209 total yards and three touchdowns. In his last two games, McFadden has been well over 125 total yards and has scored four times \u2013 HOT!<\/p>\n

Michael Turner \u2013\u00a0Atlanta Falcons \u2013 <\/strong>Turner went for 112 yards and three touchdowns last week. He has gone over 100 in three of his last four games and has scored six times in those four. \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

WRs<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Andre Johnson \u2013\u00a0Houston Texans \u2013 <\/strong> Andre has been battling an ankle injury all season long but has still been a beast. In his last two games, Johnson is averaging 145 yards receiving and has scored two times; He\u2019s a Stud and is super Hot right now!<\/p>\n

DeSean Jackson \u2013\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles \u2013 <\/strong> I think Michael Vick finally gets it! Get the ball to Jackson and he\u2019ll do the rest. On Sunday, D-Jax had 210 yards receiving including a 91 yards catch that sealed the game for the Eagles. Jackson went for 84 yards the week before. There is no denying that Jackson is Hot!<\/p>\n

Wes Welker \u2013\u00a0New England Patriots \u2013 <\/strong> It certainly took Welker a while to get going this season but in his last three games, he is the HOT receiver that we expected. He has averaged almost eight catches per game in three, 95 yards receiving and he has scored three times over that span.<\/p>\n

Deion Branch \u2013\u00a0New England Patriots \u2013 <\/strong>Branch has scored in three straight games and has averaged nearly 100 yards per game over that span \u2013 Hot!<\/p>\n

Not Hot<\/strong><\/h3>\n

QBs<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mark Sanchez \u2013\u00a0NY Jets \u2013 <\/strong>Ugh! Sanchez has been brutal. He has had a hard time finding his receivers and when he does find them, they drop the ball! Sanchez has averaged 182 yards passing in his last three games, has thrown just one touchdown and five interceptions over that time \u2013 Brutally Not Hot!<\/p>\n

Kyle Orton \u2013\u00a0Denver Broncos \u2013 <\/strong> Has anyone seen Kyle Orton? In his last two games, he has averaged 141.5 yards per game passing, has zero touchdowns and three interceptions.<\/p>\n

Chad Henne \u2013\u00a0Miami Dolphins \u2013 <\/strong>Henne passed for 55 yards on Sunday \u2013 Not Hot!!! In his last two games, Henne has averaged just 114.5 yards passing, has thrown two touchdowns and three interceptions.<\/p>\n

RBs<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

LaDainian Tomlinson \u2013\u00a0NY Jets \u2013 <\/strong>It is five games and counting since LT went over 49 yards rushing. He has not scored during that time either. Add in the fact that he faces the Pittsburgh defense this week and there is only one conclusion \u2013 Tomlinson is Not Hot!<\/p>\n

Cedric Benson \u2013\u00a0Cincinnati Bengals \u2013 <\/strong> Benson, like his team is in a free fall! He hasn\u2019t been above 49 yards in three straight games and last week, Benson gained just 19 yards on the ground!<\/p>\n

Matt Forte \u2013\u00a0Chicago Bears \u2013 <\/strong> Forte had a good Week 12 and gave his owners a sense of optimism. Since then, he has totalled 89 yards rushing in two games and has scored just once.<\/p>\n

WRs<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Terrell Owens \u2013\u00a0Cincinnati Bengals \u2013 <\/strong> Owens has tailed off to say the least! In his last four games, TO has averaged just 37.3 yards per game but has scored twice. His TD numbers are OK but his receiving totals are Not Hot!<\/p>\n

Dwayne Bowe \u2013\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs \u2013 <\/strong> I know that Brodie Croyle killed Bowe last week but how do you explain the shut out the week before? In Bowe\u2019s hast two games, he has a combined one catch for three yards \u2013 Brutal!!<\/p>\n

Brandon Lloyd \u2013\u00a0Denver Broncos \u2013 <\/strong> Lloyd has completely fallen off the map! In his last two starts, Lloyd has receiving games of 31 and 32 yards respectively and hasn\u2019t seen the end zone since Week 12.<\/p>\n

Steve Johnson \u2013\u00a0Buffalo Bills \u2013 <\/strong> Ditto for Johnson. He has averaged just 39 yards receiving in his last two and hasn\u2019t scored since Week 11.<\/p>\n
