The Carlos Boozer effect has been huge during the winning streak. Chicago dropped its first two game with Boozer in the lineup\u2014he missed more than a month of the season with a broken hand\u2014but have won five straight since then. \"Online<\/p>\n

Boozer is playing solid enough, averaging 14.6 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. Both are well below his usual averages from the past few years, but they\u2019ll come up with time. More importantly, Boozer is opening up the floor for his teammates. Chicago has buried 46 percent of its three-pointers during the winning streak. Derrick Rose has been especially vicious, hitting 16 of his last 25 three-point attempts (64 percent).<\/p>\n

While Boozer has been huge, Chicago can also thank improved defense for the winning streak. The Bulls have held their last four opponents to an average of 84.7 points per game; the most points Chicago allowed in that span was 90. With defense like that, the Bulls will be incredibly tough to stop, especially with scoring options like Boozer and Rose.<\/p>\n

The Pacers (11-11, 12-9-1 ATS) would love a winning streak right about now. Indiana has been very consistent\u2014or inconsistent, depending on how you look at it\u2014and failed to build any momentum so far. Indiana, coming off a 97-83 loss to Atlanta, has won or lost three games in a row this season.<\/p>\n

The loss to the Hawks can be pinned on the stars. The offense has struggled throughout the year, and if Danny Granger and Roy Hibbert can\u2019t get it going, the Pacers are hopeless. The duo combined to make just six of their 28 shots from the field, combining for 20 points. Based on their season scoring averages, Granger and Hibbert typically combine for about 36 points.<\/p>\n

Chicago is rolling. The Bulls are growing increasingly comfortable with Boozer in the lineup, and they\u2019re doing a great job beating bad teams. Indiana may not be \u201cbad,\u201d per se, but it\u2019s definitely not good. Take the Bulls.<\/p>\n
