Although only 4-2 Gonzaga is still one of the better teams on the West Coast. \u00a0Their losses are to ranked teams in San Diego State and Kansas State and they proved this team is good but perhaps a notch below some teams of recent vintage. \u00a0The early going has also demonstrated how valuable Elias Harris is to this group.<\/p>\n

He has been hobbled and in and out of the lineup. \u00a0His numbers are down and no one has stepped up. \u00a0Meanwhile, Steven Gray has taken over for Matt Bouldin in terms of leadership and scoring. \u00a0He is currently averaging more than 20ppg and has even shown some Adam Morrison level shotmaking ability.<\/p>\n
