Alabama knows first-hand as the defending national champions, and even with a loss, they\u2019re still in the hunt as they prepare to go to LSU this weekend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alabama LSU Betting \u2013\u00a0Saturday, November 6th, 8:00 PM ET<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The No.6 Crimson Tide (7-1, 4-1) were idle last week, and they\u2019ve won two in a row after losing at South Carolina. The Crimson Tide will go on the road to Baton Rouge before finishing the season with three straight home games against Mississippi State, Georgia State and the \u201cIron Bowl\u201d showdown against Auburn. Alabama has a balanced offense that is 23<sup>rd<\/sup> in the nation, while the defense is 11<sup>th<\/sup>, but the Crimson Tide are second in points allowed. Despite being off this week, the Crimson Tide moved up a spot in the BCS rankings and if they manage to win out this season, they could very well end up in the title game once again.<\/p>\n<p>The No.10 Tigers (7-1, 4-1) are also coming off a bye week after a 24-17 loss at Auburn, and to be honest, it\u2019s good that they kept the game close on the road in that battle of the Tigers.  <iframe allowtransparency='true' src='http:\/\/ff.connextra.com\/Bodog\/selector\/client?client=Bodog&#038;placement=Ext_RS_Sports_250x250&#038;cxt_aff_id=151627&#038;tclk=http:\/\/www.bodog.eu\/welcome\/151627\/' class=\"alignleft\" style=\"margin: 1px; border: 3px solid #FFFFFF;\" width='250' height='250' scrolling='no' frameborder='0' style='border-width:0'><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>LSU\u2019s defense, led by future\u00a0<a title=\"NFL pick \" href=\"http:\/\/www.nflpicks.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NFL pick<\/a> Patrick Patterson at cornerback, is seventh in the country and the only reason that they remain in a number of games because the offense is terrible, ranking 101<sup>st<\/sup> in the country. If they had an offense that was even 50<sup>th<\/sup> in the country, the Tigers would probably be in the BCS title discussion, but chances are coach Les Miles would have eventually found a way to lose it.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Online football betting \" href=\"http:\/\/www.betonline.com\/sports-betting\/football\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Online football betting<\/a> odds have the Crimson Tide as a 6.5-point favorite on the road in Baton Rouge, where Alabama is 2-3 SU in their last five trips, but they\u2019re also 4-1 ATS. Look for LSU to try and force the run down the throats of the Crimson Tide, but Alabama is just as good defending on the ground as they are against the pass.
