Baltimore<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ravens haven\u2019t been fluid on offense so far this year, but they have stepped up and won two of their three games. John Harbaugh\u2019s team now faces the unbeaten Steelers on the road. This will definitely be a hard hitting football game.<\/p>\n

The Baltimore offense has started out slowly this year. Joe Flacco was highly touted by many experts coming into this year, but he threw four picks in the game against the Bengals and has had several communication issues with his new wide receivers. Late in last week\u2019s game against Cleveland the Ravens passing game got going, so they are hoping that was a turning point for them. Ray Rice has been solid, but unspectacular, through the first three games. The Ravens offense has a multitude of weapons now and I fully expect them to get their act together as the season moves along.<\/p>\n

The Ravens defense may be a little older now, but they are still extremely good. It all starts up front with their terrific defensive line. Haloti Ngata, Kelly Gregg, and Terrell Suggs are all great contributors on the line. Ray Lewis is still one of the best middle linebackers in the game and he is still delivering some huge hits. <\/p>\n

The secondary is a little weak right now since Ed Reed is out, but the pass rush has been able to get to the quarterback and hide that weakness quite well. \"Sports<\/a><\/p>\n

Pittsburgh<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was supposed to be when the Steelers struggled because they are without Big Ben, but apparently this team didn\u2019t listen to the critics before the year. The Steelers look like a whole new defense with a healthy Troy Polamalu back on the field, and they are undefeated even without their starting quarterback.<\/p>\n

The offense struggled through the first two games, but they had a breakout game with Charlie Batch at quarterback last week in Tampa Bay. Rashard Mendenhall has 332 yards on the ground so far this year. He is averaging an impressive 5.2 yards per carry. The Steelers may have lost Santonio Holmes, but with Heath Miller, Mike Wallace, and Hines Ward they still have some solid guys to throw the football to. The offensive line has played better than expected in the first three games, and if they keep it up this could be a very dangerous offense this year.<\/p>\n

The Pittsburgh defense has been tremendous so far this year. One could argue that this looks like the best defense in the NFL at this point. The linebackers are as good as you will find anywhere, and the secondary instantly becomes one of the best with a healthy Polamalu. The Steelers are allowing just 11 points per game in 2010, which is best in the NFL. This team is loaded with pass rushers as well as run stuffers, so this defense will be one of the best all year long.<\/p>\n

The Pick:<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the game I am most looking forward to seeing this weekend. The Ravens and the Steelers both hit hard and this will be a brutally tough football game.
