The AFC has dominated play for the last decade, but the Saints\u2019 Super Bowl victory over Indianapolis last February could be a sing that the NFC is back on top.<\/p>\n<p>The top two teams in this seasons power rankings reside in the NFC, and the AFC\u2019s top teams all seem to have issues.<\/p>\n<h3>NFL Power Rankings<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Green Bay Packers (1-0) \u2013<\/strong> Last year the defense spent half a season learning on the job. Won\u2019t be an issue this season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Orleans Saints (1-0) <\/strong>\u2013 It\u2019s time for WhoDat Nation to start giving corners Jabari Greer and Tracy Porter some love.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New England Patriots (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 Rookie tight ends Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez give the offense a different look.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baltimore Ravens (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 With Cincy limping, Pittsburgh QB-less and Cleveland being Cleveland, where is the competition coming from in the NFC North?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indianapolis Colts (0-1) <\/strong>\u2013 Looks like the warranty has elapsed on Bob Sanders, one of NFL\u2019s best safeties over the last decade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Houston Texans (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 The defensive line has taken a hit with the season-ending ankle injury suffered by Connor Barwin.<br \/>\n<!-- Affiliate Code Do NOT Modify--><a href=\"http:\/\/affiliates.commissionaccount.com\/processing\/clickthrgh.asp?btag=a_3953b_747\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"margin: 1px; border: 3px solid #ffffff;\" src=\"http:\/\/affiliates.commissionaccount.com\/processing\/impressions.asp?btag=a_3953b_747\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Sports Betting at Sportsbook.com\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><!-- End affiliate Code--><br \/>\n<strong>Pittsburgh Steelers (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 Defense, Rashard Mendenhall\u2019s running will keep them dry until Roethlisberger gets back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New York Giants (1-0) <\/strong>\u2013 Eli is healthy again, but these guys will live and die with the run \u2013 even in a passing league.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arizona Cardinals (1-0) <\/strong>\u2013 Against the Rams, Larry Fitzgerald was targeted 15 times, with only three resulting in completions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dallas Cowboys (1-0) <\/strong>\u2013 Meet the cast: Dumb (Tony Romo), dumber (OC Jason Garrett) and dumbest (Wade Philips).<\/p>\n<p><strong>San Diego Chargers (0-1) <\/strong>\u2013 Every once in a while Philip Rivers needs to sit in a chair facing the corner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minnesota Vikings (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 They sold their soul to Brett Favre, and the payment may be coming due sooner than expected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seattle Seahawks (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 If the Poodle can win a few more, the muck from the USC scandals will start to wash off his pants and shoes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jacksonville Jaguars (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 Jack De Rio, duct tape and bailing wire are keeping things together in one of the NFL\u2019s smallest markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Washington Redskins (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 Nice to see Clinton Portis is remembering to take his stupid pills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miami Dolphins (1-0) <\/strong>\u2013 Against Buffalo they ran three times to every two passes. That won\u2019t fly too long in the pass-centric NFL.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tennessee Titans (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 Thankfully, talk of Albert Haynesworth 2.0 in Nashville seems to have receded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kansas City Chiefs (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 Todd Haley may not be able to survive the season without enough valium to fill a small pickup truck.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New York Jets (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 One loss made Rex Ryan more humble. Wonder what the big lug will be like after 7 or 8 of them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>hicago Bears (1-0)<\/strong> \u2013 The focus is on Jay Cutler and the passing game, but give credit to an improved offensive line.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cincinnati Bengals (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 Marvin Lewis just has to stop bringing in players that his personality makes it impossible for him to control.<\/p>\n<p><strong>San Francisco 49ers (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 Is the offense really THAT bad? Probably not, but the loss to Seattle has stunned the team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Philadelphia Eagles (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 Reid says Kolb is still the starter. We\u2019ll see if he says the same thing if\/when Vick shreds the Lions on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atlanta Falcons (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 The offense stunk in the preseason, and failed to score a touchdown on opening day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Denver Broncos (0-1) <\/strong>\u2013 Laurence Maroney would be more successful running behind Mike Shanahan\u2019s zone blocking schemes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detroit Lions (0-1)<\/strong> &#8212;\u00a0Lions say that Ndamukong Suh will be moved around on line in order to avoid double-teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Buffalo Bills (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 The Bills couldn\u2019t pass the ball against Miami even when the Fins stacked 8 players in the box.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carolina Panthers (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 In the NFL, life without a quarterback can be dark, cold and damp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-0) <\/strong>\u2013 Except for Drew Brees and maybe Caron Palmer, Bucs don\u2019t face a top-level QB all season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>St. Louis Rams (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 Four winnable games in the next four weeks \u2013 Oakland, Washington, Seattle and Detroit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cleveland Browns (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 With one touchdown pass and two interceptions, Jake Delhomme looks like he hasn\u2019t lost a step.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oakland Raiders (0-1)<\/strong> \u2013 Sorry, JaMarcus.
