Vikings-Saints a great way to start NFL season <\/strong><\/h2>\n

The National Football League couldn\u2019t have picked a much better matchup to open the 2010 NFL season than the Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints hosting Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings.<\/p>\n

Thursday\u2019s game (8:30 pm ET, NBC) is a rematch of the NFC Conference Championship in January, a thriller the Saints won 31-18 in overtime en route to the first Super Bowl victory in franchise history two weeks later.<\/p>\n
