The Frogs should be well-prepared for what is essentially a home game for them (the Frogs are in nearby Fort Worth).<\/p>\n

Veteran Frogs pivot Andy Dalton is ready to lead TCU to a memorable season and head coach Gary Patterson always has his men up for the big games. This is a game versus a BCS opponent on one of the biggest stages, just miles from home.<\/p>\n

When the Beavers get either of the Rodgers brothers in space, they can put points on the board in a hurry.<\/p>\n

The Frogs D must worry itself about limiting the damage these two players inflict. If these two guys can even be slowed, TCU has the horses elsewhere on the roster to finish the job. Though both of these offenses have the ability to strike quickly, this is the type of game where you might see more of a battle of attrition than you might think.<\/p>\n

In the remote possibility this game came right down to the wire, both teams are well equipped with talented, veteran kickers and both can get a stranglehold in the field position game with thunder-footed punters.<\/p>\n

More than likely, however, the Frogs showcase their talent on defense and slow Oregon State enough to let Dalton and his strong receiver corps pull away.<\/p>\n

Patterson has been trumpeting for years that his program never gets the credit it deserves \u2013 it doesn\u2019t seem right that they would be derailed in the season\u2019s opening game in front of tens of thousands of (mostly) supportive fans.<\/p>\n
