He\u2019s good for 3,000 yards, at least a 20-10 ratio and 500+ yards rushing \u2013 the definition of an all-purpose threat. Running back Chris Polk had an excellent freshman year in 2009, cracking 1,100 yards. Expect Polk to help balance the offense nicely. <\/p>\n All the important receivers from last season also return, notably freakish junior TE Kavario Middleton.<\/p>\n [soliloquy id=”82219″]<\/p>\n On defense, Washington loses its sackmaster Daniel Te\u2019o-Nesheim, but outstanding Will \u2019backer Mason Foster should lead a capable unit. Also, expect the secondary to take a major leap forward.<\/p>\n Team Weaknesses: <\/strong><\/p>\n Two new starters at the defensive end position will hurt the pressure from the front four. It\u2019s always tough to replace a double-digit sack man like Te\u2019o-Nesheim. If Locker or Polk go down with injuries, the offense could spin its wheels because the depth isn\u2019t ideal.<\/p>\n Their road travel schedule worries me.
