The man running the show. Head coach Chan Gailey is the next to step up in the long line of mediocre, anonymous Buffalo Bills coaches and he definitely won\u2019t be the man to conjure a turnaround. <\/p>\n The Bills tried to hire many A-list coaches this offseason, but when Bill Cowher and Mike Shanahan dusted them off, they had to go way down the list to find what is essentially a retread head coach. <\/p>\n Gailey is a decent offensive mind but you\u2019d be hard-pressed to find someone who believes that he can lead the Bills to the playoffs. <\/p>\n Buffalo spent a high draft pick in the first round adding to a position of strength by drafting running back C.J. Spiller, and while he\u2019ll surely give the Bills an explosive playmaker, the team still neglected several other important aspects of the team. <\/p>\n The offensive line that gave up the fifth-most sacks in the NFL last year garnered little help in the offseason and figures to be a significant weakness again in 2010. <\/p>\n While Terrell Owens wasn\u2019t a huge contributor, both him and Josh Reed bolted, which means that James Hardy, who has a total of 10 catches through two seasons, now moves into the starting lineup. <\/p>\n Beyond that, the quarterback battle of Trent Edwards, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Brian Brohm is about as moot as who will be Paris Hilton\u2019s new BFF: winning the competition doesn\u2019t really mean much. <\/p>\n On defense, the Bills are still a wreck. <\/p>\n In a division where everyone continues to improve, the Bills continue to be the doormat. <\/p>\n They\u2019ll surprise with a key win or two and likely shape the playoff picture for the other three teams in the division, but one thing is for sure: they won\u2019t be a part of the 2011 postseason.<\/p>\n Super Bowl Odds: +14250 Place they\u2019ll finish in AFC East: 4th <\/strong> It’s another season making NFL previews and Super Bowl predictions for the Buffalo Bills.
