Rapper Jay-Z \u2013 the superstar, business tycoon and extremely lucky man who married Beyonc\u00e9 \u2013 is suing Big Papi. Ortiz opened a nightclub in the Dominican Republic and named it \u201cForty-Forty,\u201d which bears a striking resemblance to Jay-Z\u2019s line of \u201c40\/40 Club\u201d sports lounges.<\/p>\n As Tom Fornelli suggested on Fanhouse, it\u2019s not like Ortiz chose the name because he joined baseball\u2019s 40\/40 club. Actually, it looks right now like he\u2019ll be lucky to join the 10\/1 club this season. We all know he\u2019s a great big-game goalie but that he\u2019s also quite an inconsistent goalie.
