Coyotes \u2013 47-23-6 (2).<\/strong> 8-1-1 in their last 10 games \u2013 second Western Conference team to reach 100 points. Gotta love the Coyotes<\/p>\n 3. Sharks \u2013 46-19-10 (8).<\/strong> 3 straight wins this week against pretty good teams \u2013 that\u2019s more like it. The panic is over and the Sharks are where they are supposed to be.<\/p>\n 4. Penguins \u2013 44-25-7 (4). <\/strong>They have been playing well without Malkin. Fleury hasn\u2019t been all that great either. Imagine when they get Malkin back and Fleury gives his head a shake.<\/p>\n 5. Predators \u2013 43-27-6 (6).<\/strong> 7-0-1 in their last 9 games. The Preds keep defying the odds and are playing very well.<\/p>\n 6. Red Wings \u2013 39-23-13 (13).<\/strong> Might not be ahead of the teams behind them in the Power Rankings but they are the definition of Power right now.<\/p>\n 7. Canucks \u2013 45-26-4 (5).<\/strong> Stumbling a bit but still hanging tight and running away with the Northwest Division. Daniel Sedin still leads the NHL in points.<\/p>\n 8. Blackhawks \u2013 46-20-7 (3).<\/strong> Back to back losses to Columbus = Big slide but their 99 points speak volumes.<\/p>\n 9. Devils \u2013 44-25-5 (9).<\/strong> Flexing some muscle at the right time. Martin Brodeur is back to his old self and Kovalchuk looks amazing.<\/p>\n 10. Sabres \u2013 41-23-10 (7).<\/strong> With Ryan Miller and the League\u2019s #9 offense, Buffalo is a scary team right now. They could surprise in the playoffs.<\/p>\n 11. Canadiens \u2013 37-31-8 (10).<\/strong> Mike Cammalleri and Marc-Andre Bergeron have returned. Jaroslav Halak looks like the real deal and the Canadiens appear poised to make some noise down the stretch.<\/p>\n 12. Kings \u2013 42-26-6 (11). <\/strong>2 straight losses. I am being generous by having them at #12. 13.Avalanche \u2013 41-26-7 (12).<\/strong> Stumbling a little too but still a legitimate Western Conference playoff team. Good mix of youth and veteran leadership.<\/p>\n 14. Senators \u2013 41-30-5 (22).<\/strong> 4 straight wins have the Sens back in the mix once again. They are scoring again and Brian Elliot has regained his form.<\/p>\n 15. Bruins \u2013 34-28-12 (16).<\/strong> 3-1 this week has the Bruins fans breathing a little easier. They are still the 30th ranked offense in the NHL yet somehow look like a playoff team.<\/p>\n 16.
