There\u2019s plenty of hearsay to go around and it has spread like wildfires.<\/p>\n The Racers have plenty of quickness and outside shooting, but where they lack is on the interior. They typically rely on the backcourt but they will need inside scoring in this game to get by.<\/p>\n Guards Isacc Miles and B.J. Jenkins will have to slow down Jermaine Beal if this team wants to have a shot.<\/p>\n The key for them is their balance. Throughout most of the year, they had six scorers in double-figures with none averaging more than 11 per game.<\/p>\n Who Are The Commodores?<\/strong><\/p>\n Vandy is no pushover. They finished in second place in the SEC regular season and while they have been a bit inconsistent at times, they have the constituents to make a deep run in the tournament.<\/p>\n They are a team that runs 10-deep, so depth is not the problem. The problem has been consistency on the inside with center A.J. Ogilvy. He has just 12 points and 11 rebounds in his last two games, but when he\u2019s on and providing an inside presence, the Commodores have been tough to stop.<\/p>\n They have four players that average in double figures with guard Jermaine Beal leading the way with 14.7 points per game. But for the sides, it\u2019s hard to go against Vanderbilt. But Beal is going to be a problem for them just as good combo guards have been all season.
