The Wizards really don\u2019t know what to do with the gunslinger and he won\u2019t be back until next season at the earliest (assuming he\u2019s not in jail), but in the meantime there are 30 more games to deal with, starting with tonight\u2019s game at Toronto.<\/p>\n
With the Big Three Experiment blown to more than smitherines, GM Ernie Grunfeld said the team had grown stale and needed to go in another direction. What direction that might be is hard to tell. Zydrunas Ilgauskas, acquired in the Jamison deal with Cleveland, is on board but won\u2019t be playing in Toronto. That means Washington will send a bunch of glorified D League players onto the court Saturday night.<\/p>\n
So what\u2019s left on the plate?<\/p>\n
Josh Howard came over in the Butler deal, but it\u2019s been a while since he really cared about anything more than drawing a paycheck. Randy Foye will get serious minutes and knock down a few jump shots, and Andray Blatche showed some promise with 33 points and 13 rebounds in a post-trades win over Minnesota.<\/p>\n

Still, the Wizards deserve some credit from winning two straight (home games against Minnesota and Denver) since the trading deadline frenzy, and after Saturday night\u2019s game there are three more in a row at home in a relatively benign schedule through the first week of March.<\/p>\n
