A&M pivot Jerrod Johnson might be the most productive at his position in the state in 2009, which says volumes considering Longhorn Colt McCoy was invited to the Heisman ceremony.<\/p>\n

Defensively for A&M, Von Miller leads the nation in sacks with 17, but other than that it’s quite a mess.

\nThe Aggies secondary gets torched more than a barn owned by a farmer out for insurance money. Having said that, Georgia hasn’t had a season to remember. The Bulldogs aren’t devoid of talent; particularly WR A.J. Green is something special, QB Joe Cox certainly isn’t Matthew Stafford, the cannon-armed pivot who led Georgia last year and went first overall to the Detroit Lions of the NFL. Thunderfooted P Drew Butler will surely help with the field position game, but that point might be moot with the Aggies’ high-octane attack.<\/p>\n

I hadn’t had a chance to watch a lot of Texas A&M until their game against Texas (who is now playing for the National Title) and I have to say I was very impressed with Johnson.<\/p>\n

Georgia has its standard freakish defense, so it won’t be easy, but I am betting that the state of Texas’ other amazing QB will use his arm and his feet to lead an upset against the Bulldogs.<\/p>\n
