Both teams broke out of early slumps and have been plying well in the last six weeks. Both teams have established effective rushing attacks, especially the Fins with their wildcat offense. Miami will be without running back Ronnie Brown, but linebacker Joey Porter is set to return. Carolina\u2019s Jake Delhomme has made some improvements throwing the ball and the Panthers defense has been solid. This game will be won or lost on the ground. Look for the Dolphins to snatch this one on the road.<\/p>\n

Washington have fared well in Texas historically, but this years Redskins are a different story. However, this is still a great rivalry and should be a fun game. The Skins are coming in off a win and the Cowboys off a loss. Washington\u2019s running game has been excellent with Ladell Betts in place of Clinton Portis. Dallas should be able to control the game with its defense, especially the pass rush. Look for the Cowboys to take this one at home.<\/p>\n

Chiefs runing back Jamaal Charles has done a nice job rushing the ball for a sidelined Larry Johnson, but the Pittsburgh <\/strong>defense seem to be able to handle any offensive strategy thrown at them and should be able to shut down anything Kansas City can muster. Both of these teams were picked to lead win their divisions at the start of the season, but have struggled just to stay in a playoff hunt. The Falcons\u2019 (5-4) Matt Ryan is in a slump and to boot Atlantas has lost running back Michael Tuner for at least one to two games. The Giants (5-4) are also in a downward spiraI behind an ailing Eli Maning, who has been plauged with a foot injury for the past several games. Perhaps the bye week allowed his foot some time to heal.The Giants must reestablish a rushing attack behind Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs. A small improvement from Manning will net the Giants a win at home.<\/p>\n

They have many weapons both offensively and defensively to beat you. They have also proven that they have the ability to roar back in the closing minutes even after falling behind early on. The Bucs (1-8) have played better as of late, playing much better defensively since their bye. Unforutnaely for Tampa Bay, it won\u2019t be enough to stop the Saints machine. New Orleans wins this by a huge margin.<\/p>\n

\nLine: Denver -4 \u00bd (Total 36)<\/strong><\/p>\nBuffalo (3-6) fired coach Dick Jauron on Tuesday. The team is struggling to get wins and has been plauged with injuires. Trent Edwards and Terrell Ownes are yet to find that perfect chemistry 11 weeks into the season, and one has to wonder if they will. The Jags (5-4) are unpredictable and have shown some improvemnent as the season progesses .This should be an opportunity for them to pick up ground, while other AFC wild card hopefuls face more stern challenges. Sticking with the run game should be just about enough to get that done. Look for Jacksonville to get a much needed win to make a run for the playoffs.
