The Titans still give up a boat load of points (20.0 points against in past two games) but the Bills simply don\u2019t have the man power to keep pace with the Titans despite a strong personnel. Blame Dick Jauron. Blame \u201cwide right\u201d if you want to. The Bills aren\u2019t winners and frankly they never were.<\/p>\n
