He’s the Heisman leader by a long shot so far, and a massive spread against Tennessee this year will see Tebow dominate the volunteers as he pads his stats again in Week 3.

Next Game: Tennessee vs. Florida (-27.5)

Jahvid Best (281 yards rushing, 4 Touchdowns)

The best running back in the nation is…uh…Best himself. With a stout 144 yard performance against Eastern Washington this weekend, Best has asserted his stranglehold as the best tailback in the nation. He’s averaging 10.4 yards per carry and could very well become the heir apparent to Bradford as Tebow’s only challenge.

Next Game: California (-14) vs. Minnesota

Colt McCoy (653 yards, 7 Touchdowns)

McCoy gets to exercise some demons against the Red Raiders this weekend, and a solid 337 yard outing against Wyoming has McCoy blossoming in to an NFL-ready commodity. He’s the best receiver in the nation, but it’s going to take some mega performances for him to stay relevant. It’s also going to take a handful of monster games for Bryant to wash the glaring loss by Oklahoma State to Houston this weekend from their memory banks.

Next Game: Rice vs. Oklahoma State (-31)

So Long, Farewell

Jimmy Clausen (QB) – Notre Dame

Losing to Michigan on the grand stage in The Big House is going to haunt Clausen all season.
