Joe McKnight is a Heisman Trophy candidate and C.J. Gable and Stafon Johnson are no slouches either. Regardless, it\u2019s safe to say the Trojans will score on Ohio State. Navy \u2013 Navy! \u2013 racked up 342 yards of offense against Ohio State last week and threw for two scores. What, then, can USC do to the poor Buckeyes?<\/p>\n
Terrelle Pryor is a talented and athletic quarterback but he and the Ohio State offense lacked chemistry in week 1. Pryor threw a late pick and the running game stalled. Against a tough USC defense that ranked second in the nation last season, Ohio State doesn\u2019t seem poised to score many points this week. It doesn\u2019t help that wide receiver DeVier Posey may not play after leaving week 1\u2019s contest with an ankle injury.<\/p>\n
Expect USC\u2019s \u201cD\u201d to stymie Ohio State\u2019s offense early. The Trojans will take an early lead and never look back, meaning Barkley will settle into caretaker duties and hand the ball off all night long. Look for USC to seriously dash Ohio State\u2019s BCS hopes with a road win.<\/p>\n
