Much of their continued success will depend on the ongoing development of rookie sensation QB, Matt Ryan.<\/p>\n Carolina Panthers<\/strong><\/p>\n Spartanburg, S.C.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n August 2nd (rookies & veterans)<\/strong><\/p>\n The Panthers signed QB Jake Delhomme to a long term contract extension and DE Julius Peppers to a lucrative one year deal so their two biggest stars are happy, rich, and ready to go.<\/p>\n Chicago Bears<\/strong><\/p>\n Bourbonnais, IL.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n July 31st (rookies & veterans)<\/strong><\/p>\n Chicago finally has the big armed quarterback they were looking for, trading for Jay Cutler this off season. If they can add a big named receiver like Brandon Marshall, their offense could be explosive.<\/p>\n Dallas Cowboys<\/strong><\/p>\n Oxnard, CA.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n July 29th (rookies & veterans)<\/strong><\/p>\n With the Terrell Owens circus pulling out of town, this team is now firmly in the hands of QB Tony Romo.
