The UFC<\/strong> returns to Las Vegas and the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday where UFC 191 will throw down. Arguably the most dominant champ in the UFC Demetrious Johnson puts his title on the line while Heavyweight mainstays Frank Mir and Andrei Arlovski try to remain relevant in the organization.<\/p>\n It\u2019s a pretty stacked card in Vegas despite the lack of huge names \u2013 let\u2019s take a look.<\/p>\n UFC 191: Johnson vs. Dodson 2<\/strong> Demetrious Johnson (22-2-1): -450<\/strong> The UFC Flyweight Title will be on the line Saturday night when Mighty Mouse Demetrious Johnson defends against a fighter that he has already beaten, back in January, 2013. Dodson actually knocked Johnson down twice in that fight. But the champ\u2019s heart, his conditioning and his all around game prevailed in that fight.<\/p>\n Johnson is one of the most gifted fighters in the game right now \u2013 there are zero holes in his game \u2013 fast hands and feet, superb wrestling, terrific ground control and stellar defense \u2013 what\u2019s not to like? Dodson possesses a lot of the same traits \u2013 athleticism, power and quickness.<\/p>\n So who wins? In yet another close battle, the more technical of the two should win in a decision. That distinction belongs to the champion Demetrious Johnson who just doesn\u2019t look like he is beatable right now. It will be a stellar fight for sure with the champ retaining his title.<\/p>\n MMA Betting Pick:<\/strong> Demetrious Johnson -450<\/p>\n Andrei Arlovski (24-10, 1 NC): -175<\/strong> It\u2019s hard to believe that Andrei Arlovski and Frank Mir actually have something on the line at this point of their careers. Both men were essentially written off but have hung around and are in the conversation for a title shot down the line \u2013 incredible! Mir enters off Performance of the Night bonuses in his last two fights \u2013 wins against Bigfoot Silva and Todd Duffee while Arlovski is undefeated since returning to the organization \u2013 the best of which was a TKO over a very tough Travis Browne.<\/p>\n Of the two Arlovski has been the more impressive \u2013 Mir made short work of two very average Heavyweights at this point of their respective careers. Long gone are the days where Mir can take people down and submit them on the ground \u2013 he has stood and banged the last five years. That strategy plays right into the hands of Arlovski who is the much better striker in this match.<\/p>\n In a grappling match I would go with Mir but this fight likely won\u2019t see the ground \u2013 the fighters will stand and trade as long as this match goes. In that case I\u2019ll take Arlovski by KO<\/p>\n MMA Betting Pick:<\/strong> Andrei Arlovski -175<\/p>\n Anthony Johnson (19-5): -475<\/strong> There will be fireworks in this Light Heavyweight battle as two very good strikers look to throw their names into the Title picture in their cloudy division. The threat brought about by Johnson\u2019s clinch game and his ability to drag the fight to the mat will likely set something up for him later in the fight.<\/p>\n Johnson is just too well-rounded to be denied here \u2013 Manuwa on the other hand isn\u2019t. Johnson\u2019s wrestling will be a factor but something tells me it is his punching power that ends this fight. Look for Johnson to put this one to bed in the second.<\/p>\n MMA Betting Pick:<\/strong> Anthony Johnson -475<\/p>\n Jan B\u0142achowicz (18-4): -150<\/strong> In Light Heavyweight veteran Jan B\u0142achowicz takes on TUF Season 9 winner Corey Anderson. B\u0142achowicz is a powerful guy with few weaknesses \u2013 Anderson is still green. Look for Blachowicz to dictate the pace here and to teach the newcomer a lesson.<\/p>\n MMA Betting Pick:<\/strong> Jan B\u0142achowicz-150<\/p>\n Paige VanZant (5-1): -1600<\/strong> Future UFC Superstar Paige VanZant will be back in the Octagon Saturday has overwhelming favorite against Alex Chambers. VanZant is an absolute terror \u2013 two tiers above Alex Chambers in this one.
